For those of you who have dabbled around the Internet before, you’ll surely have visited a couple of GeoCities sites, crammed to the brim with the customary flashy (and very irriating) GIFs and music playing. When Yahoo! decided to take down GeoCities, a lot of us shed a tear for that piece of Internet history, but someone took it one step further, and created Reocities, and took it upon himself to rescue and estimated 600,000 GeoCities sites before it was shutdown. If you still want to check out what GeoCities sites used to look like, you can check out www.reocities.com.
