If you’ve always wanted to pick up a Tesla Roadster but never got round doing so for a myriad of reasons with cost being the main one, we bring you good news. The state of Colorado aims to encourage the adoption of “alternative fuel vehicles”, and has since offered tax credits based on the difference in cost between the said vehicle and a comparable non-green version. This translates to a $42,083 rebate for the Tesla Roadster, which is around a 38% discount off the original price. The offer expires at the end of the year, so make sure you take advantage of this soonest possible.
