Xbox 360 could get Blu-ray drive

This is rather unthinkable – somewhat akin to the SNES playing Genesis games, where the Xbox 360 might actually come with an external Blu-ray drive accessory in the near future according to Microsoft chief Steve Ballmer. According to Ballmer, “Well I don’t know if we need to put Blu-ray in there — you’ll be able to get Blu-ray drives as accessories.” What do you think of this idea? Would it help boost Xbox 360 sales?
