Apple might be a big customer of Hynix and Samsung, who deal in flash memory, but it seems that the relationship between said parties might not be all rosy. Word on the street is that Apple has been accused by anonymous industry sources that it bullies NAND flash memory suppliers with its purchasing tactics. Basically it requests more memory from Hynix and Samsung on a regular basis than it actually buys when the supply is ready.
