
It seems like Apple is looking to give the iPhone’s built-in Maps application a boost, as a job listing posted by Apple is seeking an iPhone Software Engineer to join the iPhone and iPod Touch Maps team, and to take the app to the next level. With Google and Apple seeming to compete more and more on the mobile market, could Apple be looking to move away from Google Maps?
