The First ELSE is a rather interesting mobile phone, as its goal is to be centered around the user experience, rather than the phone, with that in mind, the First ELSE aims to have the phone as an application on the device, rather than being the main function of the device. Target markets for the phone are the USA, Western Europe and Russia.
