The MenQ EasyPC E790 offers something different from other netbooks, as it not only runs on Windows CE but supports Android as well. Best of all is, the $80 price point is something worth checking out, where you get a Samsung ARM9 processor within, accompanied by a 7″ display at 800 x 480 resolution. Looks like a decent hobby device to purchase and dabble with.
