The latest Moblin Linux 2.1 is now available for all netbook users to check out, where among the many enhancements and new features will include :-
- Support for 3G data connections
- Bluetooth device management
- Updated browser with plug-in support
- Integrated application installer for Moblin Garage
- Connection manager now supports Ethernet, WiFi, WiMAX, and 3G
- Support for more screen resolutions
All of these features won’t work perfectly at the moment though, for example, there is only one 3G modem supported at the moment which is the Ericsson MBM, although the team is working to throw in support for additional models in due time.
