It looks like Barnes & Noble has taken some steps to tackle the issue of its Nook eBook reader not accepting gift cards and certificates. Starting from somewhere mid-December, users will be able to use physical gift cards and online gift certificates, which will certainly be greeted with much enthusiasm, especially since the holidays are around the corner.
