Optical Mouse Detects Fake Euro Coins

By placing the coin into a position device and rotated, the sensor will then capture the image and process it using a complex algorithm and you’ll get your answer fairly quick. Of course, the system can accept a webcam, but an optical mouse sensor is cheaper and smaller.
