
PhotoFast might soon make a name for itself with the announcement of their newest 1.8″ PATA SSD (Solid State Drive), which also goes by the moniker the G-Monster 1.8’’ PATA V4 Series. You get a trio of different interfaces with 50 pins PATA, 40 pins PATA and 40 pins ZIF, while storage capacity starts from a mere 32GB, going all the way to 256GB. Other specifications of this MLC-Based flash memory includes 64MB of Cache Memory, a random read of 4KB, a read speed of 128MB/s and an impressive write speed of 90MB/s.
