The Pocket Radar is truly a triumph of miniaturization – this cellphone-sized radar relies on an extremely small, battery-powered “radar-gun” which allows you to measure not only the speed of a vehicle, it can also track how fast that baseball is being pitched. Powered by a couple of AAA batteries, the device is good for up to 10,000 readings which are accurate to plus or minus one mile per hour. Out next spring, there is no price attached to the Pocket Radar just yet, so don’t expect to see this under your Christmas tree this holiday season.
