Want to place your DSLR camera in a place where you can’t (or don’t want to) hang around, yet still get the shot? Well, check out the Pro-View, which has a transmitter that clips over the eye-piece mount and broadcasts the image it sees over 500 feet to the receiver, which sports a 3.5-inch VGA display. The receive will be able to receive signals from up to 4 Pro-View transmitters and you’ll be able to cycle through them, or view them all at once. Surprisingly, for $395, the Pro-View can’t fire your camera remotely, so you’ll probably have to invest in a wireless release to trigger your camera. Still, you can’t deny that the Pro-View is a rather interesting piece of technology.
