fu-bi of Japan has rolled out its Retro Cube Mini Speaker With MP3 Player, where the device name is pretty self-explanatory. You get a 3W x 2-channel speaker to compliment the built-in MP3 playback capability, allowing you to hook it up to a compatible device via USB 2.0. Its internal battery offers up to 3 hours of audio, and you can also play music directly from an SD/SDHC memory card that is nestled comfortably in the respective memory card slot. Out in Japan from today onwards for $50 a pop after conversion, we’re not sure whether this will make it outside of the Land of the Rising Sun or not.
