Virgin will be offering a 30-day “You’ll Love Us Guarantee” from November 3rd onwards, where they allow you to try out their phone and service for 30 days where upon that period of time, if you’re not happy with either, you can just return the handset (in working condition, of course) while paying just for the airtime consumed. Apart from that guarantee, Virgin also hopes to entice new customers by offering half a dozen new rates under the myPLAN rate plans. Are you tempted already?
