Sometimes Apple introduces upgrades to their product line quietly, but in this instance things have taken a role reversal – the Cupertino company has quietly pushed back the shipping time for all 27″ iMacs to two weeks – which means for some of us, it won’t arrive at our doorsteps in time for Christmas. This is discouraging news since the original delay was just five to seven days, but on the bright side, no customer would want gimped products out of the box since the delay is working around a quality measure which addresses cracked screens on delivery alongside systems which show flickering from time to time, capable of losing their video signal altogether as well.
