Apple Gets Favorable Result In iPod Hearing Loss Lawsuit

Apple seems to have managed to sort out a messy class-action lawsuit in its favor. The class action lawsuit claims that Apple’s iPod can cause hearing loss, but the claim was rejected in the appeals court, and ruled that the plaintiffs did not adequately show that the use of the iPod “poses an unreasonable risk of noise-induced hearing loss”.
