Apple has finally opened up their auditory canals and listened to their customers who have claimed of the iTunes 9 sync causing crashes and other issues with selected iPods, and Cupertino will get to work on a potential fix so that everyone ends up as a happy and satisfied customer. Such problems were first reported not too long after the software’s release, and they have snowballed since then. While some potential fixes were suggested by selected users, none of them managed to be a universal solution. Hopefully Apple is able to do something about it pretty soon – it would make Christmas all the more pleasant for those affected.
