Bmorn has just introduced an upgraded version of their BM-996HD portable media player in the form of the BM-996SHD – presumably the “S” stands for Super or Supreme, with other superlative adjectives in mind. What’s new in the BM-996SHD? Well, it comes with a 7″ display, 1080i output with H.264 codec support, TV Out, USB on-the-go, and the ability to play nice with the majority of today’s popular video and audio file formats. If you’re living in China and are looking to pick up the Bmorn BM-996SHD portable media player, it is going for approximately $100 in that part of the world.
