The Cygnus X1 casemod is certainly in a class of its own, since it leans more toward a traditional piece of furniture in your living room compared to a standard computer case. The brainchild of Attila Lukacs, the top of the Cygnus X1 does seem to resemble Alienware’s latest range of machines, while a beautiful, hand carved wood casing that is made from West Australian Jarrah can swing open on both sides for that added touch of elegance. Don’t take that for granted though considering each panel tips the scales at around 10 pounds.
