Folks who were among the first few to place an order for the Nook will be pleased to know that the e-book reader will arrive at your doorsteps by December 9th thanks to free, upgraded overnight shipping. Apart from that, they will also be pampered by a $10 online gift certificate. New orders are still subject to the January 15th date though.
