
Surgeons have managed to work on a new kind of artifical lens that can be implanted into the eyes using a standard procedure for cataracts, where these new artifical lens will offer high definition capability as they can be fine-tuned for focus a few days after the operation. This translates to vision that is sharper than 20/20, bringing new hope to patients whose lives have taken a less mobile turn due to their cataract.
