
Users certainly don’t like ETF (early termination fees), so when Verizon Wireless increased the ETF from $175 to $350 for smartphones, it certainly wasn’t a welcome move. The FCC has already asked Verizon for an explanation over the price hike, and Verizon was supposed to fill the FCC in on Thursday, but it seems that the FCC has given Verizon a few more days to get everything ready, which Verizon will certainly welcome. How do you feel about Verizon’s early termination fees? Do you think that Verizon will reduce its early termination fees after this?
