Fingerprint scanner fooled

Lin Ring had a $14,600 surgical fingerprint switching procedure which managed to bypass security scanners at the airport, but sharp-eyed immigration officials managed to notice scars on her fingers before catching on onto her game. Apparently, prints from Ring’s left hand were surgically implanted on her right, leading some of us more astute ones to ask the question as to why prints from both hands were not taken in the first place.
