ICD Ultra Tablet Looks Sleek

The ICD Ultra tablet is probably one of the smallest tablets that we’ve seen recently, as it sports a 7-inch screen, though the highlight will certainly be the NVIDIA Tegra T20 chip. While the current design uses a resistive display, ICD is planning on updating it with a capacitive display before it goes on sale next year, which is certainly great news. The ICD Ultra should sport a integrated 3G SIM to keep it perpetually connected, which also means that there is a possibility that carriers could subsidize it. With a rumored price tag of $249, it’ll certainly be an interesting device to consider. Specifications include:

  • 186 x 158 x 18mm measurements
  • 7-inch display with a possibility of 800 x 480 or 1024 x 600 pixels
  • 4GB flash storage
  • microSD card expansion
  • 512MB RAM
  • Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and HDMI-out
  • Accelerometer, ambient light sensor
  • 3.5mm headphone jack
  • 1.3-megapixel camera
