With Twitter and Facebook integration, along with built-in Windows Live Messenger and Skype, you can tell that this phone is meant to help its users stay connected with others. 3 UK is offering the INQ Chat 3G for £99.99 ($162) on PAYG, though you’ll be able to pick up the phone for free if you agree to a contract agreement of at least £15 per month. Features of the INQ Chat 3G include:
