iPhone OS 3.1.3 coming soon

Interesting – iPhone OS 3.1.3 is more or less being prepared to roll out as the next major update for the uber popular smartphone, and we already have news that iPhone OS 4.0 is being tested as well, although you can bet your bottom App Store dollar that details on the latter are as rare as a strand of hair on Kojak’s head. What do you hope to see Apple include in iPhone OS 4.0?
