We find it rather strange that a company like MSI would, in a sense, stoop so low as to reveal the MT-V660 portable media player that closely resembles the Zune HD at first glance. The innards are pretty different though, where a Rockchip RK2806 chipset is accompanied by a 3.2″ touchscreen display at 480 x 320 resolution, A/V out, support for a wide range of codecs, a calendar, calculator and an e-book reader. No idea on whether Microsoft will bring this to court, but since imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, perhaps they might be happy instead that the Zune HD is finally “cloned” instead of the myriad of Apple iPod clones out there.
