It was bound to happen sooner or later, and now the full specification on the upcoming Nexus One has been posted on Engadget’s site. One thing that was mentioned was the possibility of the phone being on invitation at first, which would be similar to the way Gmail was introduced a few years back, though there isn’t any concrete evidence of this just yet. Anyways, specifications of the Nexus One include:
- Android 2.1
- 11.5mm thick
- 512MB RAM, 512MB ROM
- 4GB microSD card bundled. Supports cards up to 32GB
- 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash
- HSPA 900 / 1700 / 2100, 7.2Mbps down and 2Mbps up
- 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED display
