It seems that the legal battle between Apple and Nokia has taken another turn as Nokia has followed up with a complaint to the US International Trade Commission (ITC), claiming that virtually all of Apple’s products, including iPods and Mac, violate 7 Nokia patents, not just the iPhone. The patents would involve hardware-related patents for antennas, cameras and power management, as well as user interfaces. Sometimes you have to wonder if all these lawsuits are productive, as we seem to be reading more about lawsuits than technological innovations.
