Apart from halving the number of smartphones that they will release next year, Nokia continues their cost savings exercises by shutting down their flagship store in London’s Regent Street. This would be sad news indeed for the people working in the 7,500 square foot store, especially when it is so near Christmas and the store has yet to hit its two year anniversary. This would probably see around 30 or so people lose their jobs. Hopefully the new year will bring better tidings for the Finnish cellphone manufacturer.
