Nook Firmware Updated To Version 1.1

While many folks out there still haven’t received their Nook eReader yet, the latest firmware update, version 1.1, has already been released. It’s nothing groundbreaking, but if you’re a heavy user, you’ll probably notice some speed improvements here and there. Fixes in the 1.1 update include:

• Page updating on the display should be faster
• Page numbering issues have been fixed
• Navigation on the color screen seems to have been improved
