Pixel Qi initial display batch

Pixel Qi has already started to produce their first batch of displays for the masses, keeping them a wee bit ahead of schedule where production is concerned. The initial run will see action in “specialized tablet devices with multi-touch”, keeping us in the dark as to what these tablet devices would be in the future. Apart from that, there is hope that such displays will become thinner in due time, which is always a good thing since you won’t need to lug around something heavy any more. Pixel Qi displays are set to make a consumer level debut sometime in Q1 next year, so you’ll just have to keep yourself entertained with something else this Christmas.
