Remember the nationwide BIS outage that we reported on yesterday? RIM has come up to assure BlackBerry users that they managed to resolve email issues having investigated the source of the problem. From yesterday’s release :-
“RIM has isolated and resolved the issue that was impacting some BlackBerry customers earlier this morning. Some customers may still experience delays as email queues are processed. RIM is continuing to investigate the cause of the issue and apologizes for any inconvenience.”
It does make us wonder just how many businesses and lives were affected with each email outage. Anyhows, it is always good to have a backup email just in case things like this happen, ya know?
