The CDMA model of the Samsung Corby has just been officially announced in India, where it has been given the formal name of Samsung Corby Speed. Capable of supporting data transfers of up to 2.4Mbps while relying on OMH (Open Market Handset) technology, the Corby Speed (now you know the reason for its suffix) will function will all networks that support OMH SIM cards, where among them include Tata Indicom, Reliance, MTS and Virgin Mobile. Apart from that, the Corby Speed isn’t far too different from the Corby S3650, retaining its 2.8″ QVGA display, Bluetooth connectivity, music playback, a built-in FM radio and social networking integration among others. You can choose from yellow, black or white colors.
