
Nokia knows that the current edition of Symbian just doesn’t cut the mustard any more, and instead of being fatalistic, they’re going to fight back. Their next offensive move? A 2010 version of the Symbian OS will see new hardware and tweaked software that is touted to reduce Symbian’s clutter, while introducing multitouch input on large capacitive displays whilst minimizing steps to request functions. Apart from that, the UI is supposedly 3 times faster than the current one, while you ought to benefit from a faster Internet browsing experience.
