Both Sony and Nintendo hardware sales figures for the Thanksgiving weekend has been released, where most of the revenue generated were from Black Friday sales as expected. According to Eurogamer, Nintendo managed to take pole position at time of publishing with 550,000 Wiis sold in North America alone, while the Nintendo DS nearly doubled that amount with a cool million units sold in that part of the world as well. The Sony Playstation 3 came close though, touching 440,000 units during the similar corresponding period. How well do you think Microsoft did?
