
Sony makes another breakthrough with the FVA-U1 biometric reader which is touted to be the smallest and lightest USB finger vein reader in the world. Ready to hit Japan this coming December 18th, we wonder which household in Japan will receive this under the Christmas tree during the holiday season. Just to get a better idea on how small this is, it tips the scales at a mere 33 grams while measuring 70mm x 14.5mm x 58mm in size.
