Apple has quietly gone about reducing the price of its white MacBook from $949 to $899 for students, teachers and faculty members. This gesture of goodwill does not come with a compromise in any way, where one can bring home the white polycarbonate MacBook with the following specifications – an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26GHz processor, 2GB RAM, a 250GB hard drive, SuperDrive and the NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics card.
