Many iPhone users out there are probably intrigued by Swype’s input method, but while Swype isn’t available as an input method on the iPhone, you might want to take a look at TikiNotes from Tiki’Labs. This app will let users drill down into one of six alphabet sectors and pick a letter from there, which supposedly makes things easier for the end. Of course, there’s also predictive input included, so in case you’re not fond of finishing the words for yourself, you know you’ve got something to fall back on. The app is currently available in the AppStore for free and if you’re interested in a comparison with Swype, they’ve also come up with a video, albeit it seems to be a video spliced from an earlier Swype demo.
