Ainol V8000HDV PMP Supports 1280p Video Playback

With everybody jumping on the HD bandwagon nowadays, the Ainol V8000HDV looks like it might be well received, thanks to its 1280p playback support. Of course, it wouldn’t make all that much difference on the device’s 4.3-inch 800 x 480 screen, but thanks to the magic of HDMI-output, you can play the video on a HD LCD display that supports 1280p. The V8000HDV will sport 16GB of flash storage, though we wonder how many HD videos you can cram into just 16GB of storage space. For $142, you’ll get a device that supports TS, AVI, MP4, MPG, MKV, PSP, DAT, VOB, WMV, ASF, RM, RMVB, MOV, M2V, QT, M2A videos, not to mention that there will be support for SRT subtitles on AVI and RMVB videos.
