Augmented Hyper Reality Film

We’ve shown you various applications of augmented reality before, but now it seems that Keiichi Matsuda, a masters student at the Bartlett School of Architecture in the UK has taken it to the extreme, in a short film titled “Augmented (hyper) Reality: Domestic Robocop”. The video is what augmented reality would probably look like when applied to everything, and every object is linked into the system. Of course, it also kind of gives you the idea that the future is filled with advertisements and billboards, but we’re sure that augmented reality is cool enough to stay around for the long term.
