Belkin ships TuneCast Auto Live FM transmitter

At long last, Belkin has started to ship their TuneCast Auto Live FM transmitters. Originally trumpeted to be the first iPhone 3.0 accessory all the way back in June 2009, it has been more than half a year of agonizing wait for folks who have been looking for a way to take advantage of the GPS module in their iPhone 3G/3GS while searching for the best FM station for transmission. In layman’s terms, you are better able to concentrate on the road since the TuneCast Auto Live FM transmitter will eliminate most of the guesswork when choosing the best possible frequency for in-vehicle use. Apart from that, you can also change stations using your handset’s display itself. North America is selling it for $79.99, while those living in Europe and Asia/Australia will have to pick it up this coming March and April. [Press Release]
