Etronixmart rolled out their Underwater Scuba Mask Camera that allows you to fondle the Great Barrier Reef with both hands while snapping photos in 1,280 x 960 resolution alongside videos for posterity – as long as you don’t run out of oxygen (or the 4GB of built-in memory) first. There is no word on the frame rate though, so hopefully we’re looking at 30fps at the very least. Working the Underwater Scuba Mask Camera does not require rocket science – all you need to do is rub the magnetic ring – one second to snap a photo or double that for a video, where the mask will then vibrate accordingly to confirm your photo/video capture. At $16.99 each, it is a pretty decent effort to purchase one for your next destination.
