FIC SVE00 passes FCC tests

The FCC has given their nod of approval to the FIC SVE00, which means it is ready to see action Stateside although nothing has been confirmed just yet. It does resemble an Acer netbook from the outside, and there really isn’t anything outstanding about the FIC SVE00 (aka Daria SVE00) with an aging N450 Atom processor and 1GB RAM. Nice to know small touches like 802.11n Wi-Fi has been thrown in alongside WiMAX and HSDPA connectivity to have it keep up with the times. You can opt for either Linux or Windows as the operating platform of choice.
