Gefen has unveiled its GefenTV Wireless for HDMI device which prides itself in being the first uncompressed method of full HD wireless connectivity as long as you remain within a 30 foot radius. This model will join the other three other wireless HDTV products from Gefen itself, although it will be able to tap into SiBEAM’s chip which allows HDMI extension that supports full HD resolutions at 1080p. To put it plainly, the GefenTV Wireless for HDMI will enable an HDMI source to send its signals to an HDTV sans wires. Apart from that, it also plays nice with DVI and RS-232. Would you fork out $999 for this or the iSlate?
