HarperCollins could offer rumored Apple tablet e-books

The Wall Street Journal has let out word that publishing company HarperCollins is currently discussing with Apple concerning the availability of their e-book library to the much rumored Apple tablet. You can bet your bottom dollar that HarperCollins won’t be the only ones to do so though, as there are also other publishing companies around who won’t mind jumping aboard the almost guaranteed success of anything from Apple (at least, that seems pretty likely at this point in time as the company is riding on a whole lot of goodwill as well as solid infrastructure and hardware).
