HP to develop devices with built-in projector

Granted, pico projectors haven’t really taken off just yet nor anytime in the near future, but that doesn’t mean hardware manufacturers won’t try to incorporate it in their future devices. Take HP for instance – they are working on a tablet PC and notebook that will feature an integrated pico-projector inside each of them. There is no proper prototypes shown off (or leaked) for the tablet just yet, but it could have its roots in the HP Touchsmart tablet PCs from all those years ago. As for the notebook, the projector will be placed on top of its display just like where most webcams are situated. It does make us wonder where the webcam will then be placed – perhaps on a swiveling, pivoted segment right beside the projector?
