iGugu InterneTV QWERTY remote

[CES 2010] I love the idea of plugging a PC to an HDTV in the living room, but controlling that setup from a few yards away has always been a bit of a challenge. Wireless keyboard and mice don’t look good on the coffee table and devices like the Logitech Dinovo mini or the Air VX (I have both) also have their ergonomic limits. iGugu has an interesting solution with this QWERTY remote control. Both mouse and keyboard functions seem efficiently implemented, although I would not vouch for it without testing it for a few days. The remote costs around $70 and emulate a mouse and a keyboard (it has additional “remote” buttons too). I’m definitely not a big fan of the industrial design. The Dinovo mini was awesome for that.
