LG XF2 announced

Folks living in South Korea will be pleased to hear of the LG XF2’s announcement, where it is also known as the Art Cinema multimedia player. Touted to arrive at store shelves later this April, the XF2 is small enough to hold in one hand, where you get half a gig of storage space, HDMI out, full HD support for videos in MKV, H264, XviD or DivX file formats. Apart from that, a host of other audio and video file formats are supported – pity the XF2 has yet to make the jump to USB 3.0 connectivity, so you will have to settle with USB 2.0 instead. This is one of the better designed HDD-based multimedia players in the market, but it will likely cost a slight premium over more ordinary-looking ones. Your choice then in these turbulent economic times.
